Delivery and preparation

Every order has a tracking number. All deliveries are made from Gerona through MARÍA GLORIA GARCÍA LERMA.

Except for customized orders, deliveries are made within 5 working days. If the customer lives in Mainland Spain, the parcel will arrive around 72h.  For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, the turnaround time can be up to 5 working days. International deliveries turnaround time depends on each country, and it is difficult to specify.

Turnaround time for customized orders, as well as for the exchange of goods, depends on each particular case. The customer is always directly informed about it.

THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA –  7€, (Tracking number included). No delivery charges for purchases up from 60€.
THE CANARY ISLANDS – 11€, (Tracking number included). No delivery charges for purchases up from 120€
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES TO: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, The Jersey Island, Luxemburg, Norway, The Netherlands, Portugal, The United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland. – 16€ No delivery charges for purchases up from 120€.

Exchanges and returns

EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS ARE JUST VALID FOR T-SHIRTS.  

You can return your t-shirt within 14 natural days as from the receipt of the parcel. Prior to that, you will have to email hola@gloriagarciailustracion.com, give your order number and inform of the article that you want to return. Then, I will reply to your email and you will be able to return your order. Do not forget to include the tracking number.  Delivery expenses are to be paid by the buyer. 

Once I receive the article back, I will check that it is in perfect condition (not used or manipulated in such a way that it has become defective). If everything is as expected, the refund will be made. (You will receive the amount you paid for the article, but not for the delivery.)

Exchanges

If you need to exchange any article, you can do it within 14 natural days as from the receipt of the parcel delivery confirmation email. Prior to that, you will have to email hola@gloriagarciailustracion.com, including your order number and informing of the article that you want to exchange. You will also have to specify which article you want to exchange it for. Then, I will check that we have it in stock and I will answer your email. Afterward, you will be able to make the return delivery, with the tracking number on it. The delivery expenses are to be paid by the customer.

Once I receive the article back, I will check that it is in perfect condition (not used or manipulated in such a way that it has become defective). If everything is as expected, the exchange of article will be executed. In the event that you want to exchange your article for another one with a lower price, we will refund the difference. Should the opposite be the case, the customer will have to pay for the difference. Delivery expenses are to be paid by the customer. No discount voucher will be applied. The reference price will remain the initial one at the purchase time. 

IMPORTANT REMARK  

No discount voucher can be used for product exchange.
