When will my order arrive?
If you are in Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, it will take around 7 natural days. If you live in the Canary Islands, your order will arrive a couple of days later.
For international deliveries, the turnaround time will depend on each particular country. For urgent deliveries, please contact me.
Does my order have a tracking number?
Yes, every order has one. This way we avoid any unforeseen issues and we always know where your order is.
May I return my purchase?
Except for t-shirts, the rest of articles cannot be returned
I made a mistake when I wrote the delivery address. What can I do?
If you made a mistake or if you gave us a wrong address, please get in contact as soon as possible through hola@gloriagarciailustracion, so that we can mend it before your order gets delivered.
If your order has already been delivered, we can send it again to the correct address once we have received it back. You will have to pay for the return and new delivery costs though.
My order arrived damaged/is wrong
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if it is not what you purchased, please contact us through hola@gloriagarciailustracion , add some pictures showing the problem, and we will try to mend it as soon as possible.
